Radiology played an important role in the detection and diagnosis of diseases such as Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis was a major worldwide disease over a long period.

In the old-timer room we show a number of old viewing instruments(scopes) used over the period 1900-1950. Better scopes as well as the use of improved photographic materials allowed an easier analysis of radiographs and the early diagnosis of various diseases.
